Distillery Eggs Benny
The space itself is nice, with high ceilings and old brick walls, though it's got an odd setup with a kitchen in the middle that obscures some sections and might have been responsible for assigned waiters occasionally seeming to disappear for a while without being able to flag them down. I decided to try the meatball eggs benny, and I liked it - the poached eggs and hollandaise were good, the muffin was nicely done, the meatballs were tasty and the potatoes were nicely crisp on the outside. Nothing was really excellent or memorable, but it was all solidly good, and for the price I was quite happy with what I got. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but as an affordable option in Yaletown for grabbing a lunch with coworkers, it's definitely a good choice, and I can see myself going back for the Friday deal.
