Interesting to read both your takes — seems like most people don’t get a huge early spike, just gradual shifts they only notice if they pay attention. I haven’t run LR3 myself yet, but a couple of training partners said the same thing about recovery being the first thing they picked up on rather than pumps or energy. Always helpful to hear real timelines instead of the hyped-up versions you see on social media.
