To my knowledge, the following exchanges support HIVE/HBD tokens already:

   BTC/ETH/LTC/STEEM/SBD to HIVE/HBD

2. Bittrex
   BTC to HIVE/HBD

3. Ionomy
   BTC to HIVE

4. Probit
   USDT to HIVE

Regarding Binance - they confirmed that they will offer support for the HIVE airdrop, but in the same breath they said that it does not guarantee that they will support HIVE trading.

Poloniex and Huobi announced that they will not be offering HIVE any time soon (both exchanges colluded to replace Steem community witnesses).
