This was probably the best lamb shank I ever had. The meat would slide right off the bone and each bite was juicy and filled with flavour. The roasted vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes on the side were cooked perfectly. I was stunned at how much I enjoyed this meal. Would 100% recommend this dish from Glowbal:)
