Review: Anh and Chi, Phở Hoàng - Beef Noodle Soup

I ordered take out on the weekend from Anh and Chi for my sister's birthday. This was my first time eating food from here. I have to say that they live up to what everyone has spoken about; the food was amazing! There was 5 of us and we shared a few dishes: fresh roll with chicken, spring rolls (pork, and also the veggie), number 37 with chicken, beef vermicelli bowl, short ribs, and the chicken curry. My favourite dish we had was the fresh rolls. They were light, refreshing, full of flavour and paired with the tastiest peanut basil sauce. I found the curry to be very thick but tasty. My least favourite dish was the number 37 lemongrass chicken. It had quite a bit of chicken in it, but the chicken wasn't as flavourful as the skewered chicken. I will definitely be back to try their chicken pho, and beef pho once covid (hopefully) ends!
