After work I stopped by the store to buy myself a Chromebook. To be honest, I was thinking of saving up money for something better, but I figured I could work on getting a proper desktop later. For now, I wanted to get a cheap laptop to make writing easier.
The Chromebook is mostly going to be used to help me write in my blogs and make necessary changes to video descriptions and more. Since I am writing my novel, I wanted to stay effective while being productive. Sticking to a cellphone screen is great for writing short content, but switching between apps or having split screen applications can be annoying sometimes—swiping through dictionaries, references and notes can be quite tedious. The Chromebook definitely makes things easier.
Things that I've gotten done so far:
- I've changed my About page on YouTube.
- Changed some descriptions for videos.
- Added effective anchor links to blog content.
- Began consolidating my YouTube Channel (now I will prioritize one channel for politics, sociology and a bit of gaming).
There's still more I have to do, but it's nice to make things much easier.
