Ingredients:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Irish whiskey
2 tsp (10 g) brown sugar
6 oz (180 ml) hot brewed coffee

Instructions:
Preheat a glass mug or Irish coffee glass by rinsing it with hot water and then discarding the water.
Add the brown sugar to the warmed glass and pour in the hot brewed coffee. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the Irish whiskey to the coffee and stir again.
Take a spoon and gently pour the whipped heavy cream over the back of the spoon, allowing it to float on top of the coffee.
Optional: Dust the whipped cream with cocoa powder or grated chocolate for added flavor and presentation.
Serve immediately while hot.
