At lot of people have lost control of their lives to the wrong things due to circumstances, pressures, or bad influences without even being aware. But to live a healthy and fulfilled life without regrets at the long run, you need to get your priorities right and take 100% control of your life.

(1) MONEY

I'm not gonna start preaching here that money is evil or you shouldn't try to make money. We all know money is nice and without money, you can't take care of things. What am trying to say is that money shouldn't be the reason why you do everything you do. Money shouldn't be the reason you choose your job, or your friends. This is why some people are unhappy in life.

(2) PEOPLE'S OPINION

You shouldn't let the fear of what people will think of you control your life. Most times we are scared of what people think of our dressing, physical appearances, etc that we forget we are who we are and our flaws or people's opinion of us do not define us. You should understand that no matter what you do, people will still have their judgement of you.

(3) YOUR PAST

Another thing you shouldn't let control your life is your past. Trust me, letting your past control your life, especially the negative part, is living a life of torture. It tortures you in form of regret and guilt. You just keep wishing you can go back in time to make up for whatever it is. You have to move on with your life and understand that whatever happen have happen.

(4) LIMITED BELIEF

When you keep doubting yourself and your abilities, you will easily settle for less. You should always shoot for the moon and believe in yourself even if no one does. Again, if you don't believe in yourself, it will be very difficult for people to believe in you. If you are having this problem, you have to understand that you can be whatever you set out your heart to be.

(5) RELATIONSHIPS

We all know how strong feelings can be, especially that of love. I am not saying relationships or love is bad and you should stay away from it. I am just saying you shouldn't let feelings control your life. You should know when to be objective and rational. Bringing in emotions into your work, or career will make you take bad decisions that you might regret later. Always keep your head in the game.

These are 5 things i see controlling most people's life without them even realizing. The reason for making this post is to make you concious of these thing if they are controlling your life and challenge yourself to live a life free from negative influences.
