Ever wondered why some people are loveable and likeable and some are not?
Loveable people have a substance that solidifies friendships, a wizardry that wins minds and a magic that make people fall in love with them. They also possess quality that makes bosses hire and then promote, a characteristic that keeps clients coming back and an asset that makes customer buy from them and not the competitor.
The moment we meet a new person, all our inner characteristics are shown subconsciously. Our body, our voice, our smile, our posture.
The way you move your body is your autobiography in motion. You cannot say go and make a gesture that means come. No, it's not done.
Always remember that; Women are wary of suitors who say 'YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL' when the bedroom door is in view; act what you say.
I'll be dropping the first ten (10) tricks I've learnt in talking to people ad developing a great communication skill.
Some tricks are subtle, some are surprising but all are achievable
It should be noted that heads-up look, confident smile and a direct gaze; is the ideal image of somebody who is a Somebody
Let's start with a smile; A big warm smile is an asset.
TECHNIQUE 1- THE FLOODING SMILE
Pause, make a gaze and let out the smile
Your eyes are personal grenades that have the power to detonate people's emotions; the more eye contact, the more positive feeling.

TECHNIQUE 2- STICKY EYES
Don't break the eye contact even after the conversation; If you must, let it be slowly.

TECHNIQUE 3- EPOXY EYES
Watch your target even when someone else is talking. To show that you have interest. You can also watch the speaker but let your glance bounce to your target severally.
Eye is the initial organ of romance. Intense eye contact plays havoc with our heartbeat.

TECHNIQUE 4-HANG BY YOUR TEETH
Good posture symbolizes that you are a man or woman who is used to being on top. Habitual good posture is the first mark of a big winner.
TECHNIQUE 5-THE BIG-BABY PIVOT
Treat every person that you know like a lil toddler. Big smile and full attention.
TECHNIQUE 6- HELLO OLD FRIEND
When meeting someone for the first, think of him as an old friend that you lost contacts.
Love begets love, like begets like, respect begets respect.

TECHNIQUE 7-LIMIT THE FIDGET
Do not give signs that you are fidgeting when the convo is important, so they do not have a feeling that you are lying.

TECHNIQUE 8-HANS'S HORSE SENSE
Express yourself while you keep an eye on how your listener is reacting, then plan your next moves accordingly. By this, you'll pick on everything, you'll never miss a trick, you've got horse sense.

TECHNIQUE 9-WATCH THE SCENE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SCENE
Visualize yourself a super somebody and it all happens.
TECHNIQUE 10-MAKE A MOOD MATCH
You must match the mood of the other person and voice tone. It could be buoyant, bored or blitzed.
It's not about about all what you say, it's how you say it.On the first note of meeting, you have to show people they are OK and you guys are similar. People tune in to your tone more than your text.
These are the first ten (10) steps to creating an unusual and friendly bond when you are relating with people.
