The greatest price of leadership is personal development. The leadership that refuses to pay
the price of personal growth will soon forfeit his or her leadership role. Personal development is the primary growth. This price of leadership cannot be paid in once and for all. Never, it must be paid progressively and gradually. As matter of fact, it is a long life process.
The day your personal development stops, that day your leadership stops.
