Don't worry. The Lincoln Park Lagoon is only 18 feet deep. The problem is that that man in cement shoes is only 6 feet tall and that 18 feet is straight down. It is frozen most of the year and when it is not frozen the seaweed that grows on top makes it impossible to see anything on the bottom. Nowadays you can't get away with that cause there are cameras everywhere.
