Greetings all. We are in the early stages of building one of the most ambitious smart contract systems on HIVE to date. Over the last 5+ years of hive's existence there really hasn't been a good generalist smart contract platform for developers, nevermind being future proof. We aim to completely change that. VSC is a highly advanced scalable L2 smart contract system utilizing HIVE as the base layer for settlement. It will provide developers with a sophisticated interface for their DApp while providing users with a zero fee experience. All operating via a shared smart contract layer across DApps. In addition to rewarding smart contract executors for hosting smart contract code.
This is just the beginning! More information will be released in the following weeks. We are targeting Q2 for locking down the plan going forward and later turning this project into reality. VSC initially meant vaultec smart chain, but now it's morphed into virtual smart chain or virtual smart contracts. I think I'll stick with it for now.

I hope it is smart enough to help me migrate/replace an existing web2 member reward program on my existing membership site.
I am not a coder but in the web2 world I can follow some w3 school material and I can create a website to generate a revenue stream.
Does the VSC come with this type of learning, building and flexibility to change with future market demand? As a small business owner, a micro-entrepreneur, trying to not only survive but grow an online business is extremely costly and challenging. You cannot do well without some part of your business being well supported by coders. So I welcome and support any technology that makes life easier for micro-enterprises to grow their business. I do like tools that do my work and not the other way around.
Looking forward to learning some more.

Great news and can we know who is behind this project if from Hive community or an external team that observed the need on this blockchain?
This looks very interesting. I just tried to join your Discord server but your email verification requirement won't let me in. When I click your Discord link it redirects to the desktop only and not the app, which is what I am using.
There is nothing special changed on the discord server that would cause this. Discord by default requires email verification iirc. I can't lower the settings any further
