My vocab practice

1.-The neurologist is a medical specialist who treats nervous system disorders.

2.-Many times the humorist, that person who makes others laugh, is the saddest person in the world.

3.-Despite the bad times and worst circumstances in which we live, we must be optimistic, for our own good.

MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

  1. specialist
    I wanted to talk with a specialist about the disease I thought I have.
  2. humorist
    The humorist made the entire show become even more entertaining.
  3. optimist
    I consider myself being a pretty optimist person who just takes only the good part of anything.

MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

  1. Specialist:
    We had to see the shrink because she is a specialist in psychology.

  2. Humorist:
    There is always a humorist on television at least twice a week.

  3. Optimist:
    Inspite of the fact that the situation was detrimenting, Arnold was still considered an optimist by his colleagues.

MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

  1. Specialists earn huge bonuses and are well respected in their fields!
  2. John is a natural humorist, he can light up a room with so much ease.
  3. What an irony, Kate the optimist encourages people to be pessimistic as seen in her latest movie.
