  • Hi guys, Have you ever heard about Outsourcing or Logistics? By all I know, in this writing I will discuss these things. Actually this's also my small essay in my school, please tell me if you see something wrong and feel free to give your idea. I respect all :)

In decades ago, outsourcing has been used in industry by people. At moment, outsourcing is one part of many companies. Outsourcing is using an outside provider for services to a companies that can't give them to itself, or can't give them in a proficient way.
“In fact as at 2017, 90% of Fortune 500 organizations in the United States alone are working with third-party logistics suppliers, as indicated by an as of late discharged report from Armstrong and Associates.”
Of course a few companies may take a stab at outsourcing for a short time and after that, for different reasons, to move those services back in-house. Be that as it may, for some shippers—especially those exploiting the ecommerce blast—outsourcing has turned into the main sensible logistics solution.
But we still have a large number of people, like start-up or some young founders, they are a bit confused about outsourcing in logistics. They are right, because that is not an easy decided. In life, everything always have two faces, outsourcing also, it’s still have the advantages and disadvantages. We will discuss about this then considering.
I would like to begin with the benefits of outsourcing. It is a well-known fact that the world's best companies, for example, Hewlett-Packard, Apple and P&G, owe quite a bit of their success to logistics and different business process outsourcing. Outsourcing can empower workforce reduction, opportunity from prohibitive work situations, logistics management and innovation issues, extended geographic scope, operational adaptability, reduced cycle times, improved responsiveness and cost reduction.
On the other hand, you should consider if you think about outsourcing. That will be a big expense if you are just starting out. You will be stole copyright or intellectual property by a bad partner. Language problem between nations. Most of the companies here and there are shouting about their “high-end” technologies, possibilities, and expertise in almost everything that surrounds us, absolutely the truth is the opposite.
But anyway, many companies have been successful with outsourcing. For instance, McDonald's - a well-known fast food shop is licensed by foreigners from Vietnam. They selling delicious famous Bugger, it does not mean that they can created the quality bread. Evidence is they still use bread from another supplier’s example for ABC Bakery Vietnam – one of the best breads in Vietnam. Or some famous shoes brands like Nike, Adidas, they always looking for the cheap places to build their factory and hire workers cheaply, especially Southeast Asian countries, typical is Vietnam.
In conclusion, to solve the unwanted things happen about outsourcing in logistics, you need to spend more time researching carefully about your partners. Talk about the method for cooperation and the method that will be use on the project. Request past involvement in working with many development techniques. Focus on how the organization gives estimates and how would they describe the method for cash dispersion. Check the agreement for the absence of VATs and similar fees. Learn more from the people who successful in logistics and be bravo.
