Vietnam has a very distinctive coffee, which in Vietnamese is called Ca Phe. A typical Vietnamese frothy coffee made with sweetened condensed milk, and a raw egg, makes Ca Phe a mandatory beverage you should try in Vietnam, especially as a cover of your dish.
