The city touches the clouds
Lapaz is capital city of Bolivia, located in a valley on Andes mountains and known as the highest administrative capital in the world. I visited Lapaz on a day in March. All of a sudden I fell in love with this city and people here somehow.
The city that touches the clouds is not only charming in the daytime but also fascinating in the night time when whole city lights up.
Light up - The sea of stars
I took this photo when I was on the cable car to tour around this city. The Lapaz’s sky was deep dark without moon and star, but the bright lights made me felt like there was a sea of stars under my feet. The stars with yellow light, blue light and even green light. They flash, and sparkle, and glow. Overlooking from above, It was genuinely a breathtaking scene.

That's a great shot of a very magnificent night view.
I love the way the dark, murky sky is contrasted with the bright pinpoints of light spread throughout the cityscape.
