I love the way you're bigging up steem without even mentioning it!

You would have thought that if a project is serious about getting off the ground as quickly as possible (which if they're serious, they should be) then they'd be looking at building on an already existing blockchain, hopefully steem.

I read this interesting (short) article by @jcornel yesterday, about the FED is suggesting that the proliferation of alt coins are the reason why BTC is struggling... not really sure if I think there's anything in it, or whether it's absolutely nonsense, but I've got this intuitive feeling that the FEWER alt coins are created in 2019, then the more upward pressure on the crypto market....

Intuitively I'd like to see consolidation and more people buying into and using what's already here.

Something I need to explore more is how app development takes place on other blockchains. I have no idea what the community vibe is like on ethereum or EOS for example.
