c0ff33 vlog 31st March 2018 - Lyrically Challenged 🎼 by me @c0ff33a ☕️

Where does the time go, it seems like just a few days since my last vlog and yet here we are again. With the Easter Weekend upon us I have at least got a little extra time off work to spread around family and Steemit. It has been another Steady week, trying to balance my time and get around as many posts as I can for this vlog turned curation post.

Sunday was a steady day, I spent the Afternoon with my Dad and cooked him Sunday lunch, and then on the way back I found the perfect opportunity to do bad karaoke for @simgirl and @snook competition. This is a fun content everyone can join in - because all you have to do it sing - badly!

You don't even have to be on camera if you are little camera shy like me (🤣) I have really enjoyed the entries this week, although to be fair @longsilver and @fishyculture were far too good this In spite of ourselves by John Prine was just perfect and they did it as a duet so well.

When it comes to Sunday it has to be #SublimeSunday and we had some incredible entries to the tag this week. First up this amazing bull street art by @vee2180 .

Then @krazypoet entertained with this stunning fishing boat done with a stylish #FunkyEdit . @fishyculture sneaked in her own entry in a post that took Multi Tags to the next level - it included two challenge entries as well Sublime and Funky Bee Pics

There was an Early Easter entry by @mcoinz79 which was really refreshing to see family celebrating when they could all get together, it can be so difficult when members live far away. A new and welcome entry to the tag came from @phelimint with this Snowman a little short of snow which was super fun and made me think of what you would find inside Olaf!

@smartphoto continues to impress with his photography editing - this statue of a naughty little boy could have almost been designed with the football outfit on. And then this amazing rocky stream had a hidden secret from @maruharraca. And then @old-guy-photos managed to capture the sun in a piece of glass in an incredible photo.

Over the weekend @saffisara took a break from her usual busy schedule, but still managed to come up with a new challenge - Drink it or Sink it the funny thing is it was meant to just be a fun story about her evening but many people were keen to join in the challenge! And then I discovered a new competition and tag Kolegas where you share pictures of toys the tag #kolegas is actually quite clever, it means Friends in Spanish and @txatxy would like us to share our toy friends in a photograph either in our own posts or in the comments of that post. I have not done my post yet, but hope to do so soon. I also enjoyed this fountain in black and white by @oizaguirres with a clever angle for his photo.

I was surprised to find on Tuesday that I had reached 1 Year Anniversary on Steemit that's right, Steemians have been putting up with my nonsense for over a year, it's surprising in that time nobody has worked out how to get rid of me yet - but there is still time! Surprising I was joined in this celebration by @battleaxe - who joined the same day, and in fact of the 250 people who did join that day a year ago - only 16 remain actively posting.

This leads me nicely onto @chardonnaylambo The Steemit Name Challenge where we discover more about the names people choose for their Steemit account . It was started by @felobtc and has quickly taken off, notable entries were @snowpea who does not own an Antarctic pea plantation and why do people hide behind cryptic usernames which was an interesting point by @carrieallen .

I was fascinated to learn Comitment, Respect, Integrity and Solidarity from @crisangel and then I was able to learn how gmail helped @coolguy123 come up with his unique Steemit name. And I took a trip to the moon with @ilhuna

By the time we reached humpday I was enjoying this picture of USS Constellation by @dabeckster and I took a train journey with @steemflow leaving his family in the countryside while going back to the city to work. I discovered that sick bears eat seafood to recover with @bearone and found some lovely Easter cupcakes made by @thekitchenfairy .

I got stressed out by @nainaztengra and discovered how to overcome a panic attack with @zen-art which turned out to be a quite inspirational post. Finally I learned have you reached your goals in March with @crazybgadventure who has really done incredibly well and has become very active in a wide range of communities.

On Thursday I got a high five from @enginewitty and then discovered where to get your photography touched up by @mikesthoughts which is ideal if you have a special picture you would like a little extra enhancement to.

When it comes to photography @tattoodjay can always impress, this waterfall in black and white is incredible with the water almost frozen as it is falling. And keeping with the water theme this poem and ocean wave photo by @dmcamera is very special. I also got to enjoy some incredible rock formations while hiking at Cherokee Rock Village with @sweetscience

Writing a story is difficult enough, when it is limited to 1111 characters it's a real challenge, so I was impressed with this story prompted by change by @tygertyger very creative. From words to pictures, this Nature day at the circe R Ranch is an incredible story through photography with some amazing birds including an Owl and Falcons and even a 14 year old tortoise! And @warpedweaver threw out a very sneaky oil slick picture that isn't exactly as it seems.

I do like a good #Haturday , although I have run out of hats to do one in - I have couple more somewhere in the house but people have tidied up (dumped everything in cupboards) since I last saw them. Anyway this is a particularly fetching hat that makes @katrina-ariel look like a private investigator. And then @ninahaskin shared this photograph of a 10 gallon cowboy hat which could have made a very good #Haturday

I was yet again impressed @huslein.slash his art Dolphins with crayons drawn on a tiny sticky note! And then @baby07 shared some incredible morning dew on grass

@edthecandian has been burning the midnight oil restoring a 70's Mustang it's certainly aged better then I have! Then the mysterious @cygon told me the legend of pang tong .

There was an interesting Leaving Facebook or Steemit post by @maxabit. And then I enjoyed a bit of ice hockey with @dadview . Sticking with the family feel @arrliinn took me on a trip to the playground

@fiftysixthnorth took me on a trip to the Guiness factory with a very precisely focused photo. Meanwhile @moonunit shared his breakfast with me.

Finally at Friday, and @dswigle kicked off #MarketFriday by showing us oranges are not the only fruit. And then @deerjay took me to the Cracker Barrel in a post that had more wonderful pictures then even the swirl herself! I enjoyed a tour around a thrift store with @deadgrlsuppastar . And @icybc even shared some wonderful Easter Wreaths with amazing flowers and even coloured eggs.

And of course Friday would not be the same without All Play Friday with @topkpop - this week I managed to stay up until it started rather then risk hitting the sleep button and turning over when my alarm went off like I did last week. This week it was another superb show, supporting amazing musical artists from all over Steemit. The ever quality @avesa was on the play list, earlier this week I enjoyed his triptrap earlier this week and we got treated to another of his musical pieces during the show.

I also enjoyed during the show and amazing ANTE UP Remix by @scuzzy combing hip hop and rap to creature a unique musical style. And then Umbrella drinks and Hand Grenades from @inthenow is a heady combination of fast beat and synth. There was even some funky jazz from @sircork
