I find it to be a lot better than KFC. I don't understand why they are not more popular than they are. KFC's are all over the damn place but there's only one Popeye's within 100 miles
It must be startup cost issues or something where they don't want foreign businesses here. There's over a million people in this city and we don't have McDonalds or Burger King either.
