Sean Michael here.
I've found out that throughout my young adult life I've always been more fascinated and interested in non-active sports. Such as frisbee and golf. I've never really enjoyed running or playing football.
I took to video games my early 20's
I gained weight... 140 extra pounds to be exact. I weighed 275 at 25 years old I was extremely out of shape. But If I continued this lifestyle of not cooking at home, eating fast food practically 3 times a day, No exercising in my life and doing nothing but play video games
It was going to lead me down a path of a morbid, depressing young adult life.
Or even worse. Death.
3 simple ways to stay active WHILE playing video games
This might sound stupid to you.. but slow and steady wins the race.
Basic body excersices are the best.
- Every time you die in the video game. Do 10 push ups.
- Invest in the pull up bar that attaches to your door frame! Whenever you are COMING BACK from the bathroom or ON YOUR WAY for a snack.
Do as many pull ups as you can.
- Whenever your team wins. Do 20 crunches.
Good one. Here's a tip for you. Keep them coming
