Encountering mistakes are normal when you do something for the first time or not so often. I guess it's part of learning and process to being efficient. At least you know what to avoid next time. Or unless, you're so lucky that everything goes according your way or maybe you're just plain genius, that you just know what to do the first time.
Okay, I'm done with the intro 😆 so time to share the hassles I had for making my video intro. (Actually I still haven't began my first video and I wish to upload it this weekend. Let's see if I can fight laziness this week. Lol.) Aside from procrastination, there were two problems I encountered in creating the video. The audio and editing the video itself. I assume you have read the title. Lol. But let's not talk about procrastination. I'm too lazy to talk about it. 😏

Now I'll tell about the audio. The thing that really held the video on WIP for quite long. I don't really have a quiet and private space in the house so recording with a clean background is already a challenge. During the day and sometimes even at night, our neighbor is always busy and noisy since they turned part of their house into a business space. I also don't like people hearing me while recording so there's no way I can do it inside the house. So I woke up early and went to our garage and locked myself inside our car. 😂🤘I was able to record quietly but I occasionally get interrupted by vehicles passing by.
However, there was another problem with recording. I don't have a decent equipment for audio recording so I only used the earphone mic that came with my phone. I think it's fine because it cancels the noise but I got a problem, not sure if it's the mic or the recording app I use. Sometimes the audio would jump or fluctuate, missing some parts. It's frustrating because it ruins the recording you like, so I ended up just picking the ones which has no error. Hopefully it's the app and not the mic.
I think I took so much words explaining the audio problem so let's move to the video editing. I have actually edited the video smoothly but after I exported the video and watched it, I noticed that some parts of the animation freezes which is not really nice. I thought I would have to reschedule my upload again but thank goodness I found a software that converts swf file to a video. The animation went smooth after.
There's really so much mistakes to learn from when it's your first time doing something. Hopefully I can work more efficiently on my next video. Learning things will not only save you time in the future but will save you a lot from stress. 😆
Anyway, here's my intro video.
Thank you!
