I haven't done in depth research into all the users upvoted by DTube. I took a quick snapshot. I looked at the top few. After about the top 50, the number of upvotes falls quite a bit. To build a community involves drawing as many people as possible. A high delegation of 2M from Steemit Inc should make that possible. I would hope that DTube could support as many as a thousand accounts a week. One upvote is currently worth $100, they have 10 full upvotes a day ($1000) that can help a lot of people.
