Hehe. Sort of. But the difference is that in Europe there aren't any cops. So there's pretty much go ahead for rapists, gropings, burning cars, assault people etc. But..I suppose we Europeans have always been like that... :) aehm!

That's what happens when you lose your moral compass, your values and your culture. Culture MUST exist, and if you don't integrate people into yours, they will integrate you into theirs :)
It is the communist way. Remove the moral compass and the people will fall for any scam. Then they become easier to control.
