I'm sure we've all wondered why airplane safety briefings whenever you travel always say to put on your mask first before assisting people next to you. This video explains why. I got pretty nervous when the guy went all the way down to 61 SvO2 (oxygen saturation) when they at 60% or lower, you can pretty much just spontaneously die. Even when told he would die if he didn't take action to put his mask on, he still couldn't do it. Scary stuff!
