Getting targeted audiences and pay for upvote systems are a problem with its platform. Shit content gets pushed up and quality content from creators that don't have as much steempower get lost in the blockchain. However I am trying to combat both of these problems with a community group #MinnowMilitia but getting word out is difficult without paying for it. This community has just been born and we would like for you help us grow so the smaller channels have a chance to get their content in front if their target audiences.
