I actually love the part where you say that a cow is a lot more dangerous than your rabbit.. :) Also there is the fact that the rabbit meat is soooo much sweeter than a cow or deer. Added to a spaghetti sauce instead of meatballs or sausage makes the sauce yummy and the meat gets even more tender as it is slow-cooked in the sauce.

When you get to lift that cow, I want proof. @papa-pepper proof. I am impressed with the homesteading tips. So many people are working towards self-sustainment and you are doing your part in teaching.
