Two foreigners were arrested after they ran naked through the streets of Sinchon in northwestern Seoul on July 7.
Police said the 21-year-old Australian man and American woman of the same age were booked without detention on charges of public indecency.
Another Australian man who filmed the antics on his smartphone was also booked. The suspects were exchange students at universities in the Sinchon area who were here for a month during their summer vacation.
They were playing a game of truth or dare with 13 others in a bar and ran a distance of around 300 m at 1:15 in the morning, police said.
The two suspects were set to leave Korea soon so police banned them from traveling. The man who filmed them was fined W50,000 (US$1=W1,137).
