My brother was a US Marine for 21 years and he has told me many stories where his marine brothers committed suicide or have been seriously disabled and it's heartbreaking to hear. But moreso it's horrendous that our government can't get it's act together enough to help those who put their lives on the line for us. Thank you for your post. Growingveterans.org sounds like a very worthwhile organization and I will donate.

Much appreciated :) I have a couple of vet friends too and they say it's obviously no joke out there, many of them are thrown off of the balance with no hope of return because they're not cared for and understood by people close to them. I like what this company is doing because it allows them to be exposed to other vets with similar backgrounds, which gives them back that sense of brotherhood they once had in battle, minus the battle.
