We’ve been blessed with a lot of good meals this week, even without a working oven, like these nachos with homemade salsa and ground beef, yum. 😊

We got a new batch of lemons and mint done in the dehydrator. The mint will be used in my handsome husband’s tea and the lemon will be turned into powder to add to all our meat dishes. 😊

We had to order from a couple of different companies this year and received the seeds from the first company this week, the ones from the other company should be arriving next week. 😊

My homemade vanilla looks good after almost a month, next week we do taste tests on each jar to see if they taste like vanilla yet. 😊

I was looking for Half Penny after the first squirrel photo. What spectacular sunsets! And that one of the bunting on the railing was really great!

Half-Penny is a cute guy that doesn't mind hanging around for a chat while he snacks. Sometimes he looks at you and makes you feel like he's telling you something, I just wish I could understand what it was. LOL! 😊
God really does create some of the most stunning colours for us to enjoy while we look at our gorgeous view, which is a blessing we appreciate a lot more now than we did when we were younger. 😊
