Hey Piotr!
I notice you still didn't comment on the actual video content, lol. I do appreciate the video. I'm very familiar with Gary Vee. He's a motivational speaker and many respect him. I notice our content is getting shorter i'm sure we're very busy people so i'm going to tell this quick story and ask that you check out this video if you will. I'd encourage watching the entire thing brilliant business personality who had a response to your Gary Vee ideas and videos. However, let me tell this story and link you. Maybe you can comment on that since you not interested in commenting on my actual content, lol.
So when i was 22 years old Piotr. I became a stockbroker then went back got my commodities broker license. I started working at one of the biggest investment firms in the nation. Later i began work with a venture capital firm. So getting to one of my specific experiences. At 22 i got a client who opened a large account. He liked my attitude he liked my voice and within about 10 minutes i had made about $10k in commissions. At the time that was about 5 times what the average american had in their bank account.
What's interesting about this story Piotr , before i could even go through my presentation of this stock. I believe it may have been krispy kreme donuts at the time. The gentlemen was already on board. He was ready to go. So i realized that the years prior i had dug in and worked so hard. There was a fallacy in how the system works and how money and production works. I made good money in the investment business bought a farm in the country i feature on my youtube videos. I do what makes me happy and what i'm passionate about. Nothing more and nothing less. So i joined youtube and became a youtube partner because i like making videos and if i can help people that's great. I don't do it as a business. My projects aren't businesses they are systems. So i think its a vast difference maybe in what Gary Vee is speaking of and what i'm doing. So these are some of my youtube stats:
WATCH TIME (MINUTES)
481,159*
VIEWS
180,243*
YOUTUBE PREMIUM WATCH TIME (MINUTES)
17,618
YOUTUBE PREMIUM VIEWS
4,756
COMMENTS
2,498*
I'll also add some Steemit statistics. Since i started my passion project Bitcoin Myk. There are 300 wallets that all came from the Steemit community.
That's not alot Piotr but it shows people are interested and watch and engage in the content. The problem i have with social media. Is that similar to Gary Vee's speech. We try to keep up with the jones and we somehow validate the statistics for some sort of success or failure rate. Here's the problem. Many of the so called social media influencers we're finding out have purchased much of the content and views and advertised for it. Some have tricked the youtube algorithim. In some conspiracies youtube puts to the forefront whom they wish. I also have a few stories of my own about some of what i've encountered and still encounter right now due to the inner workings of youtube. I'd also conclude writing a long post although may be hard work. It may not be efficient work. So hard work probably doesn't make alot of sense over efficient work. If that were the case we'd still be farming and not using machines.
All i'm suggesting is that in the production to output equation none of my examples constitute what Gary Vee and many others term as hard work. I believe it to be a fallacy. I would call it more like work loopholes. Also i'm not sure Gary Vee should have much authority in this area. He basically inherited a wine business he worked in from his family if i'm not mistaken. I'm not saying he didnt work hard in it to make it something. However, i am saying that he had even from that standpoint an advantage over most of the people he's speaking to. So atleast with Tai Lopez he was poor and find a way up. Who knows how, lol. So many of the motivational speakers i'm finding they spend quite a bit of time on their content and selling it maybe because it's become their cash crop. Otherwise i don't think they'd be as enthusiastic about it as many claim. So here's the link. The entire video is i think a must watch. However if you can't watch the entire thing you can watch from minute 7:02 which dispells mcuh of this hard work fallacy. In conclusion im not saying don't work or do anything or ridiculous notions like that. I'm simply suggesting that much like Gary Vee mentions we're not entitled. Our abilities are not inherited either. We have different iq's we have different physical situations like what's happening in Venezuela. So we are products of our environment as well. The paths we take are based on them. Experiences and situations are unique and as many informercials state from motivational speakers for legal protection. Results May Vary, lol.
Piotr, i hope you have a good year as well. Many blessings to you"
Hello Mykos, I finally got my Steemit account approved. So happy to be part of this community. I will try and utilize this as best as I can. Of course, as I mentioned in your Youtube channel the BitcoinMyk project expanding globally is amazing, I didn't realize the magnitude of how big this can become. Truly amazing and inspirational.

Welcome on Steemit @fredm74 :)
Dear @mykos
Again, it's really hard to comment on link to youtube video without any encouragement to engage from author (anything to start discussion). I don't know about others but (please don't be upset about it) I just don't usually comment "empty" posts, where author wouldn't even try to start debate/conversation etc.
But okey. Let's dive in. You mentioned that you want to provide cryptocurrency universal income for all adults across the world. 1000usd value per month for every adult? I just dont understand this business model and it's bringing many red flags. Demand need to match supply. But where demand for your token would be coming from?
ok, back to your comment. Which I reall appreciate a lot.
Thank you for sharing your story with me.
I can only congratulate you.
You've nailed it.
ps. Gary may not be a perfect example, but a lot of what he says make sense. Especially about engaging with your audience. Most people do not care about getting to know their audience and they hardly even bother to read or reply to received comments. That's the bottom line of being succesful or unsuccesful on platforms like Steemit.
Im grateful for that link. Watched it already before bedtime. My conclusion is that both authors are right. It's just what works for one person, will not always work for other guy. some people are hard working (with no private life) like Gary seem to be, others are not. And everyone need to find his own way. Both approaches are valid.
Have a great day
Piotr
