Thank you Melinda! That's interesting info about Edgar's neighborhood. I'm excited that before too much longer we're going to be able to significantly help these people. I hope it's a boost that enables them to achieve other good things, but even if it's only a relief of their water woes, that's reason enough to do it! :)
