Oh wow. I would be freaking out if I saw a guy dressed like that coming in. That's a scary mask and it's government issued? I have heard that things are bad in Venezuela. It is so sad that they are blaming the banks. I can't believe that they will go in and take everything out and sell it or move it elsewhere before giving the bank back. That is crazy. I have never heard that it is illegal to exchange currency there, but when I told my husband, he knew. I just don't usually follow the news. I am sorry for all the turmoil you are going through there, I am sure it is a difficult and scary time.
