The start of a journey, (except the walking and 3 mile taxi part) usually involves a train from Pontefract to Leeds. On a hot day in May with fluffy white clouds punctuating the blue , I hopped on this old rickety unit for the 25minute journey to Leeds.
We get all the old,crap trains on this route but it's OK. I just love trains. I ought to start a railway blog which would serve a dual purpose, also being a solution for insomnia!
