"Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival..."

"Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet."

- Albert Einstein (1879-1955)

Today, vegetarianism has a wildly different definition...

I don't know how this happened, but I wanted to point out that--since an early age--I've noticed the conscious definition of "vegetarianism" changing in the minds of other beings. If I am wrong, then I will stand to be corrected. In the mean time...

By "vegetarian", let's keep in mind that vegetarians today seem to believe that:

  • fish are vegetables.
  • eggs are vegetables.
  • cheeses are vegetables.
  • dairy milk, alcohols, etc. are vegetables.

Of course, people know that "eggs" aren't vegetables. I am poking fun at the definition of a vegetarian :) For old quotes, it is my recommendation that people interpret "vegetarian diet" as "vegan diet".

A Vegan Diet means...

  1. Do not eat animal flesh. Instead, eat beans and rice with a ton of different spices and sauces. This is basically what "meat" is anyways: a bunch of spices and protein liquid--not blood, unless you do not buy your meat from conventional grocery stores.
  2. Do not drink milk. Instead, drink nut-based milks. If you get them fresh, they taste wayyyy better, too! There's hemp milk, coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, etc.
  3. In fact, do not consume any dairy products. Dairy products are any products that use animal milk, whey (an element from milk), or powdered milk. These items include cheeses, butters, yogurts, "creamy" sauces, "creamy" spreads (such as cream cheese), etc. Instead, use vegan alternatives. These alternatives swap the congesting dairy product with something similar, yet less congesting.
  4. Do not consume animal eggs.
  5. Do not consume insects.

Many vegans say "do not consume honey". I say go for it; however, it is very rare that I consume honey. Instead, I'll have maple syrup.

Focus on the "do's"

  1. Do eat fruits.
  2. Do eat vegetables. Like... actual vegetables that grow from the earth. Not eggs :)
  3. Do eat nuts and seeds.
  4. Do eat grains -- most are are technically seeds, yet I would not recommend them.
  5. Do drink water-based liquids that you could even make at your own home--without dairy milk! :)

Hope this helps!

Thank You Kindly

True! it is indeed an animal product.

Nice info

thanks! I can't wait for the next time I have the chance to tell a vegetarian something like, "eggs aren't vegetables, btw..." xD

Indeed very Profound well written article.
Egyptians were wise in there use of honey for preserving or some may say " mummifying organs internally as well as many other uses torches as well.
I've sat in the summer afternoons and watched the bee myself as the bee went flower to flower gathering sugars to endure in natures art of the production of honey. Absolutely stunning as they are guided to which flowers to arrive at by natures colours invisible to our own eyes

Great article " health is wealth"
