This is a lychee shake without dairy. Souvenir shot. Do you like lychee? I bet everyone does.

Getting rid of dairy drinks February means... I started my baby step of getting rid of dairy in my diet (milk from animals) in February. You may think it's easy but it's a challenge for me because I'm a big consumer of dairy drink products.

There seem to be cafes everywhere you look in Thailand! Iced Thai tea with milk, Iced Green tea with milk, are the most popular and I liked them. There are a lot of different flavors with milk drinks. (Common as water it seems)

So, no more of those bottled fresh milk or dairy or milk chocolate drinks in cartoon boxes, or those smoothies with dairy, or yakult... to name a few (favorites).

Why am I doing this?...well the major trigger was my friend. He has a high blood pressure and he is a big consumer of junk foods and coke. He should shift to healthy diet. I want to help him get rid of his coke and junk foods intake. So I had the idea I'd motivate him by challenging him of giving up his coke intake atleast, while I give up my dairy drinks (consuming dairy drinks or drinks with dairy in few consecutive days I observed is not good to me as well. It has ugly effects on my facial skin). We're doing this until his bp goes normal, that's the agreement. ☺☺☺
