Never been a fan of carbonara but my hubby would love this! If I manage to get my hands on some of these vegan products I will make it for him one day!

Thank you! π I'm sure you could make a great version using cashew nuts for the sauce if you can't get the cheat ingredients! Once I get a food processor I can try making my own and opt for less short cuts haha
Yeah! I wouldn't know how to survive without a food processor and blender hehe! No vegan convenient foods where we live!
