Great post! It's so nice to find more and more steemians who are vegans. I am nearly vegan for about 5 years and I cannot imagine to go back to omni life. First I had my struggles with appetite for cheese. I loved cheese! It was horrable for months, but I learned to cook better food, where no cheese is needed. :-)
