Very nice to see the community of veganism spreading and educating.
I have a question. I exercise everyday and also work a physically demanding job, and have been contemplating taking b12 shots recently. I am just curious to hear your thoughts of what brand, type (cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamine, or a combination with other nutrients), and any other tips.

Thanks a lot @immaturetime. In my experience cyano, hydroxo and methyl have the same effect on boosting b12 levels. I take whatever is easier to get locally, which is cyano here in South Africa and methyl in Thailand.
