Become a vegan they said, you will be healthier. Ahh and we have a huge choice of freefrom, plantbased, veganmeat, bullshit . 🤦‍♀️🤫

I won't even go into soya! It's such a long topic and we avoid it anyway but I had a small search of the other ingredients!

Fermented dextrose- Used to be called propionic acid.

Maltodextrin - plant derived but highly processed. It can raise sugar levels very quickly. Has higher IG than sugar! Especially bad for people with diabetes or insulin resistance.

Methylcellulose doesnt occur in nature and is synthetically produced by heating cellulose with a caustic solution (e.g. a solution of sodium hydroxide) and treating it with methyl chloride.
