It is unconventional and our western cultural conditioning is very very strong but UT is very truly highly effective.
The empirical evidence of UT is self evident.
meat is murder, but so are root vegetables.
killing root vegetables is more barbaric because at least animals can produce sound.
having said that, i am vegan too but for health reasons only...and environmental reasons also but definitely not because animals are killed...i love plants more than animals but i still kill carrot and beetroot plants for nutrition!

Awesome! I've been vegan for four years! Just one thing - that b12 deficiency will catch up with you. It is the only thing you have to look out for.
I recently went through this. A week of b12 supplements fixed me just fine. But I was feeling really sad and I had no energy. I am now back to normal! But look out for yourself, my friend!

My all family members are vegan and we never even urged to go for meat. How we do it? We just eat vegetables and cerals.
