Since I do intermittent fasting I usually don't have breakfast bevore noon. So when I finally eat, it has to be filling, fast and healthy.
And this is a perfect example:
- organic spelt cereals with dried fruits
- frozen blueberries
- unsweetened almond milk
If you wanna know why I do intermittent fasting (and why I think that - almost - everyone should be doing it) please have a little patience, I'm writing a huge article about that π
