Who doesn't love to savour spicy ,tasty or junk food...we all do! Whenever we fall sick, feel low in energy, or unfit from within we make resolution of having a balanced diet. We have almost forgotten that having home made food in lunch is the best way to avoid junks or packaged food. We know how healthy it is to add fruits and vegetables in our daily diet but hardly we do that. But what we can do is, at least once a week we can have a "FRUIT DAY" and "SALAD DAY". I have already started to follow it. Trust me its not that difficult and boring. If you are not getting time to balance your diet throughout the week at least two days you can. I selected Friday my "FRUIT DAY" and Monday "SALAD DAY",because normally on weekends we tend to go out and have food outside.I go to the nearest farmers market on every Friday to pick fresh fruits.Its not necessary to have fruits in custard or desert or with cereals...you can make fruit salads or just have it raw. Make sure to have season fruits which ever is local to you and fresh. Try to avoid fruit juices as long as you can chew :)
