Well they probably do if they live in South Africa, that's what I'm saying, different places, different problems. It's just that it's rare to see that covered in the news. And are you saying that 25% of homosexuals are murdered and 33% of them are raped? Where?! Not saying it's not true, just seems way too much and too shocking to be true, at least in a Western society I presume. And life expectancy of 40 perhaps for transgender people, no?

I was referring to transgender people in the United States, specifically, and I should have clarified that.
But the statistics are even worse in many other countries.
And I think the low life expectancy is because there's a HUGE suicide rate amongst transgender people, right?
And other countries are lots less accepting than the USA and other Western countries
Last time I looked it up, roughly half of transgender people in the US attempt suicide, and roughly 1/3 "succeed". I hope you will try to understand both why they do and why society would be demanding a solution immediately if it was any other demographic with stats like those.
