RE: Vegan Treats & My Video Of Vegan Physical Trainer's Talk on Nutrition & Vegan Strength @ Vegan Xmas Market, Norwich - UK (2017)

Thanks man, grateful to you!
I've been vegetarian since nearly 20 years and now vegan since 2 months.
I can really testify that there is quite a difference between being vegetarian and vegan on many levels, physically, mentally, energetically and spiritually. It might be a good topic to write about!
Although I had continually reduced my milk craving and consumption over the years you have also inspired me towards becoming vegan because I saw on your steemit profile that you're vegan.
So after visiting a vegan exhibition I did it.
Wishing you all the best, brightness and love to you all!

You are welcome! Great move - the cows appreciate it :)

Yes, I found the same. There is also another big leap from standard vegan to raw vegan - the extra enzymes and nutrition take us to another level. I haven't quite got there yet, partially because I live in a mostly cold climate area and hot food is in my DNA I think, for now.

Replacing milk is pretty easy now and I genuinely (hugely) prefer good nut milks to cow milks anyway. The recipe for coconut and almond milk I shared a while back might help you if you didn't already see it.

Bless sings to you to! <3

Upvoted and followed!! Excellent comment! =)
