This sounds really delicious! I just need to find some fennikel. Its not the most popular time of year for fennikel in Denmark, so its a bit more difficult to find. PLUS I have never tried tempeh. I have been vegetarian/vegan for nearly 15 years and never tried tempeh! Thanks for the recipe! Keep it up! I love when my newsfeed is bombarded with deliciousness!
