The red color of beetroots has always fascinated me. I got a little sidetracked from juicing when I heard all that hype about making smoothies instead of juices to get the fiber. But, now I have realized sometimes it's ok to juice. Especially when you need more nutrients. It is much easier to drink 2 glasses of juice than 2 glasses of smoothies.
This is the juice I have been making since two days:
4 Beetroots
10-15 Carrots
1 Cucumber
1 Apple
I plan to drink this for a month at least. I will report back if I notice any changes!
