Your body is a miraculous creation. Ponder the odds are against single cell animals coming into being, single cell animals have proteins and dna and have managed to replicate. Consider the very first single cell animal, failure in any aspect of the life and replication would end that creatures line of existence, very severe consequences for a misstep.
Next magnify the situation to encompass your being, you have parents, you are born, you consume nutrition, you find a mate and you attempt to replicate, each step has to be completed with precision that the most complex automobile or jet fighter does not even approach in difficulty of design and execution, even ignoring the need to do automatic repairs during all the steps mentioned.
