Howzit going everyone, I just wanted to share my vegen vision of chicken biryani and a vegan dhal
To start off lightly oil pan with bay leaf, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds
Quorn pieces
Onions
Garlic
Veggie stock, chilli powder, curry powder, tumeric, garam masala, ground coriander and cinnamon with a little saffron
Instead of rice I used lentil and quinoa
Then mix in the curry
To make the dhal I cooked lentils with chickpea and onions, garlic, with veggie cubes, garam masala, curry powder and tumeric after cooked I added a cup of plant based milk and yeast flake and blended
Then once biryani is baked just serve and add dhal on top.
