Raspberries are my favorites, so this recipe has my name written all over it! I love the coconut oil, but, out of interest, have you tried anything else that works well?

I use grape seed oil, when I don't want the coconut flavor in my dish. It is also good for pancakes.

Grape seed oil is good for frying pretty much everything.
