There is not really a recipe ... but here's about as I do .... 300gr. Macadamia puree with a little water (not too much water) 1 teaspoon of salt, 2tablespoon of yeast flakes and a little bit truffle oil to taste. puree again with a high-speed blender (Vitamix)
bring the cheese into his form and dry for 15 hours in the dehydrator .... so you have vegan Swiss cheese ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿง€
